The general profile of Mary Kay’s field force in the US is getting younger and more diverse.
47% of the 325,000 who joined Mary Kay in the US in 2015 were between ages 18-34. And 51% of women who started a Mary Kay business in 2015 were Latina, Asian or African American. They make up 33% of Mary Kay’s overall sales force.
